Hugely popular in England during the late Victorian era, chromolithographic (that’s just the name of the printing process) scraps (something of a misnomer as there is nothing scrappy about these beauties) are having a huge resurgence. It is hard not to love these glossy, textured paper sheets of retro illustrations for scrapbooking, gift wrapping, decoupage and crafting. Pretty, charming and awash with vintage appeal.
